We provide solutions to power transmissions challenges and have been manufacturing right hand/left hand, single/multi-start thread power transmission screws and nuts for over 60 years. Standard Screw Products
Kingston Engineering holds a range of standard, ’ex stock” and ‘short order screws and nuts. This includes the most popular Acme Screws, manufactured from specially produced precision ground carbon steel similar to 080M40. Class of fit: – 3G Acme, Class 8e Trapezoidal. Left-hand and right-hand screws available from a minimum length and in steps of: -Acme- 3ft: Trapezoidal-500.
We offer “ex stock” on our three most popular styles of Power Nuts to suit our Standard Power Screw range..Each of these styles are available in Phosphor Bronze (PB) or Cast Iron (CI). These are the materials, most recommended to run trouble free on Steel Screws.
